Maatra Maatra, an Acting Workshop Academy provides an opportunity to help develop a child’s personality. Our commitment – we make a difference.

Conducted by dynamic professionals from NSD (National School of Drama), our workshops focus on helping children and young adults express themselves better and break free of an ‘inferiority complex’. Maatra Theatre will:
• Build self confidence, develop latent talents and enhance children’s communication skills.
• Facilitate self awareness amongst children, which in turn, leads to a better self-est

eem.
• Help children overcome stage fear.
• Improve reading and performance skills, help them understand text and staging and develop characterization. We offer a highly participative and interactive workshop which helps children and young adults truly express themselves in any situation irrespective of the complexity involved. Our aim is to help every child realize their true potential and tap into it to help them deal with the ‘real’ world.
