To all the members who have supported us by liking mpower page and following our updates , it’s shocking and unbelievable that the person who created this page, founder of MPower ,who brought all of us together, guided us , motivated us, Srini has left for the heavenly abode yesterday afternoon.

Please try to recollect your interactions with him, his words and let him know how he impacted you. All our clients , participants, students of various initiatives conducted by MPower , our institutional partners , friends MPower wouldn’t have been possible without your support.

All Srini strived for is to create a difference in people’s lives.

His best wishes are with all of us and I am sure he is around and listening to your thoughts and prayers for him

Must watch. Loved the movie especially this scene.

Most people feel you should show off, boast or fake to get the job. In the process, they overstate their abilities and end up over committing but under delivering. This costs many their career.

It's better to br candid and honest. Loved the answer of Will Smith where he says"ifyou ask me a question and I don know the answer, I will say I don't know but I will find the answer".

Job Description

Calling HR & Sales Heads for their training needs
Preparation of training proposals
Coordinating with Trainers & Consultants of MPower
Attending workshops
Post training work

Mandatory Key skills
Strong communication skills
• Achievement Orientation
• Willingness to travel. (Travelling is for attending pre-fixed meetings with CEOs & Head HRs, attending the training programs anywhere in India. Average days of training would be around 4-5 per month. The travel would be by flight / 3AC. Pick up & drop and stay would be borne by the company.)
• Negotiation skills

Qualification
BMS, B.Com or BA Psychology with minimum 3 years experience in similar industry (ie a reputed large training organization )

Gender -Male / Female

Age Limits- No bar

Notice period -Immediate joining
