Personal Vision Statement
My personal vision stems from my passion for working with people for 30+ years in corporate sector. Last two decades I was working with one of the best managed Pharma French multination company in India. During this tenure I could successfully drive single agenda of driving People strategy for the successful business. We as a corporate underwent more than 7 M&A situation
s, and grown consistently in India and South Asia. The critical success factor was driving right people strategy with focus on spotting talent and nurturing them with the organization. Your success reinforces your passion. I realized that if we invest in to developing the leadership, the dividends are assured. Apart from focusing on creating positive culture and managing change within the organization, I was more engaged in coaching identified talent at different levels of Leadership. My conviction is that Innovation is critical for creating opportunities for good businesses; however, you need right leaders or Entrepreneurs to make it successful. Talents having Idea generation are good at creative thinking and have deep passion for improving something. They are Thinker. On other side talents having entrepreneur drive acts and build the business around Innovation. This includes building business that make and sell the things that innovators think up because entrepreneurs are Doers. It is good to encourage innovators through rigorous academic interventions and we are good at that in general. The question we need to ask is “ Can we sell it?” “Exactly who are going to be customer?” “ What is the business model?”
