"If the HR team is jumping ship, the ship is already sinking or Sunk"

The Logic: HR is the custodian of workplace culture. If HR teams leave frequently, leadership is impossible to work with and the culture is broken.
The Action: Check LinkedIn’s "People" tab for the company. If the HR managers have tenures of less than a year, treat it as a massive red flag.

2. The Direct LinkedIn Reach-Out
Ex-Employees: Message people who left 3–6 months ago. They have no incentive to lie and will give you the unvarnished truth.
Current Team Members: Ask neutral questions like: "How is the work-life balance?" or "How long has the current manager been leading the team?"

3. Managerial Longevity

विरार , मुंबई: विरार पश्चिम के ग्लोबल सिटी परिसर में बचराज लीजेंड इमारत के तीसरे मंज़िल से गिरने से मजदूर उपेंद्र की मौत हो गई। वह पानी डालने का काम कर रहा था, तभी संतुलन बिगड़ने से नीचे गिर पड़ा। उसे विरार ग्रामीण अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित किया।मूल रूप से ओडिशा निवासी उपेंद्र वहीं निर्माणस्थल पर रह रहा था। बोलींज पुलिस ने ठेकेदार और सुपरवाइजर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। स्थानीय नागरिकों ने कहा कि सुरक्षा साधनों की कमी के कारण ऐसे हादसे लगातार हो रहे हैं।
