YOGA CLASS FOR ADULTS AND KIDS -
Since I last taught, it's been 18kg up and down for the second time; loads of precious moments again with my second kid (not to mention sleepless nights;); and the joy of seeing both the girls playing together and loving each other. Slow and steady with one class to start with...it is time to restart spreading this wonderful practice of yoga!!

Adults class: Every Saturday from March 5; 10.30 - 11.45am.

Kids class (5+yrs): Every Thursday from March 3; 5-6pm (except March 24).

Place: Mahim west, my home.

Hello!
Updated yoga batch timings, including evening & kids class, as follows.

KIDS (Age 6-12) - Mon & Wed; 5-6pm (at or near Mahim).

ADULTS -
(A) Mon, Wed & Fri; 10-11am (Bandra, near National College).

(B) Tue & Thu; 6pm (at or near Mahim).

Class starts November, 2013 – after Diwali.

Monthly commitment is required; and fees are to be paid on the 1st class of the month.
