You thought it was a fashion walk.
It was a movement. 💫
VASTRA SE VIKAS TAK at Boost India Conclave’s 3.0 Ekta Summit 2026,where mothers turned the ramp into a runway of resilience.
From managing homes to owning the stage — they showed us that Vikas wears a saree, raises children, and still has dreams of her own.
Every step was a statement: “We are not just homemakers. We are nation-builders.”
They’ve spent their lives building homes. On 9th May, they walked the ramp to build dreams.
It was a revolution in six yards, handlooms, and heart. At Sahara Star, Mumbai, we witnessed something rare — mothers, homemakers, and everyday sheroes owning the stage with the same grace they use to run families.
Each saree told a story. Of resilience woven in Banarasi silk. Of courage printed on Paithani too. Of Vikas that begins at home and goes on to shape the nation. When these incredible women walked for Samajik Samrasta, the entire hall stood up — not just to applaud their walk, but to honor their journey.
This was the Sangam of Strength in its truest form. UP’s heritage weaves met Maharashtra’s modern spirit. And at the center of it all were our mothers — proving that empowerment doesn’t always need a mic. Sometimes, it just needs a pallu, a purpose, and a platform.
To every mother who walked the ramp: You reminded 300+ changemakers that Vikas starts with Maa. You didn’t model clothes. You modeled courage.
Boost India Conclave - Ekta Summit salutes your power, your poise, and your priceless contribution to Viksit Bharat.
Because when a mother rises, the nation rises with her. 🇮🇳
