Responsibilities:
● A ‘Digital specialist’ who can help us recruit the right talents for our potential
clients.
● Manage client expectations
● Coordinate with hiring managers and taking briefs
● Search and shortlist top talents for clients
● Source candidates utilizing all channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook and other advertising
platforms, In-house database, referral schemes and etc.
● Arrange interviews and manage interview feedback, negotiate offers and process
paperwork.
