Work Location : Pocharam, Ghatkesar (2Way Bus shuttle will be provided point pick up & point drop).

Candidate Responsibilities:-
candidate need to do outcall and Explain about banking products(Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans etc.,)

Working Hours 9Hrs(1 hour Break)
6days Working(Monday to Saturday)
Salary Details(16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will can be negotiable.

2ND Saturday and 4th Saturday would be off
Pure DAYSHIFT SIFT Timings 8:30 AM TO 6:30PM
2-Way transportation will be provided from(Mehdipatnam, Nizampet, Balanagar, Bandlaguda, Secundrabad) which cover all locations to reach Pocharam.

JD of SME – Home Loans
The SME will drive Home Loan business through DO’s of PL,CC,CVM,IPG,CASA, Prime and Priority and will carry the HL targets allocated to the team assigned to him.
He will take Customer calls to generate HL leads if the DO is unable to manage the queries of the customers.
He will be responsible for training the team on HL/LAP products and keep them abreast with the latest developments in HL/LAP
He needs to ensure that the leads generated are qualified as per the criteria applicable and is assigned to the appropriate Sales Manager on the field
He will also coordinate with the Sales Team to get the case logged in and disbursed
He needs to ensure that leads are generated as per the Daily Run Rate and monitor the lead to login ratios
Skills Required –
Telecalling Experience of atleast 1 Yr
Knowledge of Home Loans / LAP preferable
Sales Aptitude is a prerequisite
Team Management experience preferable
Working Knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Libre required
Good communication skills for Coordination & Mentoring teams.
Effective Mail Communication regarding queries / escalation
