What a “75-Day Business Pause” really means
The simplest way I’d define it is:
For 75 days every year, the business stops chasing growth and starts fixing the machine that creates growth.
It does not mean the business stops operating.
The business continues to:
* serve existing customers
* deliver existing products/services
* generate revenue
* run existing marketing
* fulfil existing commitments
* maintain existing operations
But it deliberately enters “No New” mode.
During those 75 days:
No new product.
No new service.
No new offer.
No new major campaign.
No new unnecessary technology.
No new business vertical.
No random partnerships just because they look exciting.
