Lessons I live by as a founder:

Clarity beats certainty every single time.

You don’t need to know everything before you move. You need to know exactly who you’re serving and what problem you’re solving.

Build with people smarter than you. Never alone.

The moment you think you can figure it all out solo, you’ve already lost.

The founders who scale aren’t the smartest in the room. They’re surrounded by people who push them, challenge them, and refuse to let them stay small.

Done and profitable beats perfect and broke.

Perfection is expensive. And it’s also a lie.

Launch with 70% of what you planned. Get real feedback. Iterate. Make money while you’re at it.

Systems scale. Hours don’t.

You can work 80-hour weeks and still cap out at ₹50L.

Or you can build systems, document processes, and scale to ₹100L without working more.

The founders who win aren’t the ones grinding hardest. They’re the ones who removed themselves from the equation.

Your pricing is a mindset shift, not a math problem.

Stop calculating based on hours. Stop undercharging out of fear.

Your price is a statement about your value. When you raise it, you’re not changing a number; you’re changing how the market perceives you.

These 5 things changed everything for me. Because they actually work.

And the founders who apply them? They scale.

She’s Building Something
Episode 23 How Will We Make Money

One of the biggest questions every founder has to answer is simple

How will this business make money

Not how many followers you have
Not how beautiful the brand looks
Not how exciting the idea sounds

But what are people actually willing to pay for

This is where business stops being a passion project and starts becoming a real company

As we built Peach Collar, we spent a lot of time understanding what women valued the most and how they preferred to pay for it

What we discovered was interesting

Networking works best when it becomes a habit

Which is why we decided to make our Roundtables a monthly subscription model

It keeps the cost light on the pocket
Encourages consistency
And allows women to build meaningful relationships over time

But not everything needs a subscription

Some experiences are occasional

That is why our Learning Capsules and Beyond Business experiences are designed as pay as you go

Women can choose what they want to attend based on their interests and goals

This episode is about understanding that a business model is not just about revenue

It is about creating a structure that works for both the business and the customer

She’s building something

And she is learning that when value and accessibility meet, sustainable growth follows

Things I stopped normalizing in my business and everything got better:

→ Saying yes to every opportunity (now I say no more than yes)
→ Letting clients run my schedule (I have office hours now)
→ Undercharging out of guilt (my price is my price)
→ Doing everything myself to “save money” (investing in help = faster growth)
→ Posting without a plan (strategy > daily noise)

Normalizing the wrong things keeps you stuck.

The moment you stop accepting chaos as “just how business is,” everything shifts.

What’s one thing you’re ready to stop normalizing in your business?
