1.) Designation - Sales Executive (Male Candidate)
Experience - 1 - 2 yrs in Real Estate
Salary Per Month - 15000 - 25000 (Plus Incentives)
Age - 25 - 35 yrs
Language known - English,Hindi,Marathi
Qualification - 12th Pass to Graduate
Other Qualification - Basic Computer Knowledge is required.
Note : Candidate must have proper knowledge of Different Area for Field Work (Specially for South Mumbai Locations)

Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Field work in search of New project & for B2B (Business to Business )in search of New Developers.
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual target.
Organizing sales visits.
