An entrepreneur since four decades, he started his business journey with agro products. Later on, he ventured into businesses of construction materials supply as well as transportation. Today, he is leading the way with his insight and guiding the new generation in moving forward.
A graduate in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, he has an extensive experience of 9 years into multiple fields. He worked with a global IT giant Allianz Cornhill Information Services (ACIS is a captive offshore facility of Allianz Insurance Plc – UK under Allianz Group), in Trivandrum, Kerala, before moving to Hyderabad, to launch his own real estate consultancy firm. Later, he moved to Mumbai and worked in the entertainment industry as an assistant director, actor, production manager and so on. He also worked with Mangrol Multimedia Limited, a Mumbai based multifaceted media company, for 3 years, and handled its Bhubaneswar branch successfully.
Going back to his roots with an intention of contributing towards the state’s growth, he has now dedicated himself to Shial and Company.

A diploma holder in electrical engineering from Orissa School of Mining Engineering (OSME), Keonjhar under State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha and a post diploma holder in thermal power plant engineering from NPTI, Guwahati, he is passionate about gadgets and technology. Before getting into the family business, he worked with Carbon electronics in Noida and Hyderabad as Electrical Technician. Then, he joined his brother Narayan in Hyderabad in real estate and, then, become a part of Mangrol Multimedia Limited as well as and succeeded his elder brother and handled its Bhubaneswar branch as well.
Now, he has also joined hands with his family members to create an impeccable success story.
