We have Urgent Opening with our major client based in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description – Cook – Hot Kitchen (Hotels)
Location: Saudi Arabia – Medina.
Industry: Hospitality / Hotels.
Number Of Vacancy : 2 Numbers
Reports To: Executive Chef.
Salary : 1500 SAR - 2,438 SAR Per Month + Free Food and Accommodation by Employer
🎇Candidate Requirements and Education; -
•Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
•4–5 years of hands-on experience in Hot Kitchen or professional hotel/restaurant kitchens.
•Proven ability to prepare International, Oriental, and Continental breakfast dishes.
•Strong culinary skills, refined taste, and presentation expertise.
•Independent and capable of managing own shift without direct supervision.
•Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen workflow.
🎇 Key Responsibilities
•Prepare and cook Hot Kitchen breakfast dishes according to hotel recipes and standards.
•Prepare International breakfast menus; include Oriental and Continental dishes as needed.
•Ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients.
•Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
•Manage own shift independently, coordinating with the kitchen team as necessary.
•Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, including guidance on plating and presentation.
•Suggest and implement improvements in dishes, presentation, and kitchen workflow.
•Maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions
•Support basic inventory and purchasing procedures within Hot Kitchen scope.
