Aero JC The official Aero Modelling club of SJCE, Mysuru. Founded in 2015, AeroJC is the official Aeromodelling club of Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.

Having its banner under the Aerospace Design Society, the team focusses on developing and researching on new systems in the field of aerospace engineering, robotics and artificial intelligence. Being a first of its kind in the city of Mysuru, the team intends to develop several Unmanned Aerial Vehicles from RC Aircrafts, Quadcopters to Drones. The team, presently consisting of members from various

branches are working on developing new variants of existing UAVs by employing different hardware and software implementation techniques.

✨ What a phenomenal year 2025 it has been for AeroJC! ✈️
From representing JSS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY, Mysuru, at the SAE Aero Design East International Competition to competing at the National-level event at VIT Vellore, our journey this year has been nothing short of inspiring.

This success was made possible by the unwavering support, encouragement, and generous financial assistance extended by the University and JSS Mahavidyapeetha, whose commitment empowered us to dream big and perform on global and national platforms.

Very few institutions demonstrate such a strong commitment to excellence in student development, hands-on learning, and innovation-driven growth—and JSS STU truly stands apart.

The Global Alumni Meet 2025 at JSS STU was a meaningful and engaging experience, bringing together distinguished alumni and dignitaries, including the chief guest Mr. Santhosh B M (IAS), Dr. B Suresh, and Dr. A N Santosh Kumar.

Following the game event, our team had an insightful interaction with Mr.Pavan Ranga, Managing Director & CEO, Rangsons Aerospace, discussing career journeys, decision-making, and industry realities.

We later welcomed Ms.Shantala Bhat, Co-founder & COO at ULai, to the AeroJC Lab, where she shared her experiences, offered practical guidance, and interacted closely with our team.

A memorable occasion that reinforced alumni–student connections and left us inspired to aim higher and build better.
