RMBRCN Shines at BIZNXT Business Awards at Bangalore !

BIZNXT , a National Business Conclave organized by RMB (Rotary Means Business ) Bangalore, took place from the 7th to the 9th of June 2024 at the RG Royal Hotel in Bangalore. Attended by Rotary Means Business (RMB) members from across the nation, the event also saw participation from members representing the US, Cameroon, Mexico, Nepal, and Croatia.
The primary objective of the Biznxt conclave was to unite RMB members nationwide, fostering networking opportunities and delivering enriching sessions to enhance business scalability.
Networking event such as one-on-one interactions and power clusters, designed to encourage members to exchange referrals and support one another.
An award ceremony RMBF NESS Award honoured outstanding performers with RMBRCN, Nagpur , a chapter just 11 months old, securing three major accolades. The award was presented at the conclave at the hands of Rtn. Sachin Gururaj Chairman , IRMBF India Rotary Means Business Fellowship, Secretary Rajmohan Dhandapani IRMBF and Andrea from RMBF , USA at a glittering ceremony attended by more than 300 delegates from across the world.
1. NESS BEST BUSINESS Chapter Award for Max Referral Awarded to RMBRCN with a major contribution by Rtn Rina Sinha, President of RMBRCN, for facilitating cross chapter referral with Bangalore RMB .
2. FAST & FURIOUS CHAPTER AWARD was presented to RMBRCN amongst all the New Chapter across the country in recognition of the holistic creative and innovative strategies adopted by the chapter for fostering and business growth amongst its members. Vocational business visit, to the large industries of Nagpur viz Spacewood and Plasto, emphasis on quality by organising lectures on 5 S principles, knowledge series, festive fare and social networking was organised.
3. ⁠Individual award NESS Trustworthy Treasurer award presented to RMBian C A Sanjay Agrawal.,
President Rtn Rina Sinha, Honorary Secretary Rtn. Mohammed Master, Director Rtn. Ar. Nivedita Singh and Rtn. C.A. Rajeev Chand received the award on behalf of RMBRCN at the conclave.

Knowledge Series.

At this weeks meeting get to know about 5S, a Japanese Lean Manufacturing technique and how to implement it for your industry.

The talk is hosted by Nishchay Sinha Director Metlok Pvt Ltd which recently won the first prize in medium manufacturing category at National 5S excellence award by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) .

The talk will cover what is 5S and how it can be implemented not only for Manufacturing, but also for other sectors like services and retail.

We were chosen from over 32000 entries, on the basis of Financial and Non-Financial parameters of growth, Innovation and Human Capital.
