Bank of Baroda PGDBF (PO) has released the notification of Probationary Officer (PO) from Manipal Academy of Higher education (MAHE) to be conducted at the Baroda Manipal school of Banking. The course consists of -9- month on-campus program and on successful completion of the course, the candidate would be awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Banking & Finance and will be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I.

1. The Government of India and the World Bank signed a $500 million loan agreement to provide additional financing for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) Rural Roads Project, implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.
भारत सरकार आणि जागतिक बँक यांनी ग्रामविकासाच्या मंत्रालयाने लागू केलेल्या प्रधान मंत्री ग्रामसडक योजना (पीएमजीएसवाय) ग्रामीण रस्ते प्रकल्पासाठी अतिरिक्त अर्थसहाय्य देण्यासाठी 500 दशलक्ष डॉलर्सचा करार केला आहे.
2. Statistics and Programme Implementation Minister Vijay Goel conferred FICCI Smart Policing Awards 2018 to police officials of the central armed police force and states police in New Delhi.

3. Tata Motors signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Maharashtra Government to promote e-mobility in the State.

4. India will participate in the biennial Rim of the Pacific, RIMPAC military exercise from June 27 to August 2.

7. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru has made it to the list of top 100 in the Times Higher Education (THE) World Reputation Rankings 2018.
इंडियन इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ सायन्स (आयआयएससी) बेंगळुरूने टाइम्स हायर एज्युकेशन (द) वर्ल्ड रेप्युटेशन रैंकिंग 2018 मधील टॉप 100 यादीमध्ये स्थान बनविले आहे.

8. Indian Oil Corporation emerged as India’s most profitable state-owned company for the second consecutive year. Indian Oil posted a record profit of Rs21,346 crore in 2017-18, followed by ONGC, whose profit stood at Rs19,945 crore.
इंडियन ऑईल कॉर्पोरेशनची सलग दुसऱ्या वर्षी भारतातील सर्वात फायदेशीर सरकारी मालकीची कंपनी ठरली आहे. इंडियन ऑइलने 2017-18 मध्ये 21,346 कोटींचा नफा नोंदविला आहे. त्यापाठोपाठ ओएनजीसीने 19,945 कोटी रुपयांचा नफा मिळविला आहे.

9. Indian star cricketer Yuvraj Singh awarded the ‘most inspiring icon of the year for Social Welfare’ award by the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DIFF) for his exemplary contribution in the field of social welfare.
