We are looking to grow our Service Desk team in Bangalore and are seeking recruits to join our 24 x 7 operations at our prestigious offices in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
In the role of Service Desk Analyst, you will provide initial telephone and email support to enterprise client's.
Responsibilities include:
o Proactive Alarm Management
o Create Incident tickets, classify and collect data
o Assign Incidents to 2nd and 3rd Line Support for investigation and resolution
o Vendor Management / Liaison
o SLA compliance
o Requests Management
o SMB Cisco Device Configuration and Deployment

To be considered for this job, you must have the following skills, experience and certifications:
o University degree
o CCNA minimum
o 3+ years experience in network support
o 2+ years experience in telecommunications/ISP support
o Experience in configuring Cisco 800s, 1800s, 3550s,3750s
o Experience with RIP, BGP and VRFs
o Excellent experience in Alarm Management
o Excellent experience in Incident Management
o Excellent experience in Ticket Management
o Excellent English speaking skills
o Good English writing skills
