About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive Executive to join our Business Development team.
Your role will include B2B telesales, connecting with potential business partners, presenting our offerings, and supporting overall expansion across regions.
✨ No fieldwork & no lead generation — leads will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct B2B telesales calls using company-provided leads
Present services confidently to business decision-makers
Maintain accurate call logs & performance reports
Achieve weekly & monthly conversion targets
Follow up with prospects to close business deals
Support expansion activities across assigned regions
Report performance insights to the team lead regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales/inside sales (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Positive attitude & ability to handle rejections
Strong time management & target-focused approach
Basic CRM & Excel knowledge is a plus
