Step 5 : Here we go, the pant mix is ready. Fill the soil in garden bag and now we are ready to the sow the seeds.

Step 4 b: In addition we can add good beneficial microbes called as bio fertilizers at this stage. This provides primary nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potash to plants.

This step is optional. If bio fertilizer is not available you can go ahead with vermicompost. But this step enhances the plant growth.

For a quarter bucket of vermicompost we can add 25 gm of bio fertilizer.

This pic shows the mixture with 2 parts of soil, 1 part of coir pih and 1 part of bio fertilizer enriched vermicompost.

Step 4 a : Mix 2 parts of soil, 1 part coir pith and 1 part of vermicompost.
The mixture should be soft (loosely packed)such thar it would give good air circulation to breathe oxygen.
The texture of mixture should be as shown in figure.

Step 3 : Take quarter bucket of vermicompost. Vermicompost is used as it gives nutrients to pot mix.

Step 2 : Take quarter bucket of coir pith. Coir pith helps to retian water and keep the soil soft and aerated.
