We are glad to announce that Technoforce has just dispatched two modular plants to Spain, each consisting of 11 modules. It was a great effort by our team as we managed to finish this first of a kind job skillfully and executed it to international standards.

The plants constituted of ATFEs and 4 stage SPDU setups each, complete with vacuum and utility systems. The plants had been manufactured according to the PED and EN 1090. Also, some sections of the plant were in hygienic design and construction.

ASME’s Conformity Assessment Program is a universally recognized Quality Assurance program which certifies manufacturing products that fulfill the requirements of American codes and standards.

After months of efforts and hard work, Technoforce was the first small-scale industry in India to be certified with the ASME U stamp in 1997. It brought us new opportunities to manufacture a variety of products and export them to other countries.

The certification is an international mark that communicates the company's commitment to the highest levels of public safety and quality.

It has been two decades since we have been holding the ASME U stamp. Only a few weeks ago we faced our 8th audit, and we were able to successfully renew our certificate yet again.

Spain is the largest producer of Olive Oil in the world. This gives rise to the opportunity of recovering high-value vitamins and nutraceuticals from the oil as well.

Technoforce just acquired an order for a Turnkey job for an Olive and Sunflower Oil producing major in Spain. We will be supplying 2 complete skids of the ATFE (Agitated Thin Film Evaporator) and SPDUs (Short Path Distillation Units) for recovering these vitamins and nutraceuticals from the oils.

Despite the tremendous global competition for securing this order, Technoforce is proud to have emerged as the preferred choice. This will be the largest order executed by Technoforce thus far.

Our solution will help the oil producer create more value in their process, as the food additives market is projected to be worth USD 52 billion by 2020. Parts of the order will be in hygienic design according to European Guidelines, as our system will be used in the finishing stages of the final product deliverable to the consumer.

This project will be shipped from Nasik, in modular form, by the end of this year. Watch this space for more updates and photos.

Technoforce just dispatched a 23 mt high skid in a modular form. It was fully erected and tested in the company which helped to cut down site activities time from 6 months to 6 weeks. The skid can maintain a vacuum of 0.001 mbar during operation, which is required for this application.

The vacuum of 0.001 mbar is used for Short Path Distillation in order to get the highest possible quality of food additives.

This system is a combination of ATFE and multiple SPDUs. This is also the 6th plant in succession to the same satisfied customer!

A customer producing vitamins needed a high vacuum distillation plant for one of its product streams. The purity and recovery of the high-value product was of vital importance.

Technoforce offered a two-stage Short Path Distillation (SPDU) plant (also known as molecular distillation).

The vacuum in the second stage had to be 0.001 mbar to ensure distillation at a low enough temperature so as to get the required quality of the product. It also ensured minimum loss of product with the residue.

The purity depended upon how nicely the volatile impurities were distilled out in the first stage. A fine control at this stage was important so that the loss of main product was a minimum at this stage.

The continuous distillation plant was automated for smooth operation. The customer was extremely satisfied with the results. A repeat order was given for a plant having 5 times the capacity as the first plant within 5 years. The plants are in operation for more than 15 years.
