I am privileged to contribute some chapters & providing Critical Review on the newly incorporated GST Provisions emphasizing the implications on trade & profession besides highlighting the Legal & Constitutional challenges that the Legislature may encounter.

I place on record the contributions of each team member, especially CA Sujatha Mam for spearheading the entire group. The group has worked tireless battling out fortuitous developments & patiently navigating through the arduous exercise. The result of the endeavorance is this superlative publication.

Deliberating inform of learned Members is always a great opportunity to augment your knowledge first of all when you are preparing for the topic and then when you interact with the most learned, experienced & inquisitive participants.
After immediate next organised by the Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI provided a great forum to share my insights and learnings on a very burning topic in GST
Legal Intricacies, Notices & their resolutions.
This Conference also provided the special chance to take blessings of Shree Mahakaleshwar, Ujjain.

Being a part of Pune National Conference organised by ICAI has been a great experience overall.
Firstly, it was an opportunity to meet & interact with the other stalwarts of the profession , ,
Secondly, it provided a great platform to share my knowledge & experience on with the learned members of Pune Branch & other parts of the country.
Thirdly, it provided space to venture out & experience the delicacies of Pune with a dynamic young professional
