Your work will mainly involve:
• Talking to customers over calls & WhatsApp
• Understanding customer problems
• Helping resolve order/service issues
• Following up until the issue is properly closed
• Coordinating with customers, partners & our internal team
• Basic back-office and computer work
• Customer feedback & follow-ups
• Working towards defined goals
What are we looking for?
Someone who is:
✅ Honest & responsible
✅ Comfortable talking to customers
✅ Patient while handling problems
✅ Comfortable with basic computer work
✅ Willing to learn
✅ Ready to take ownership
✅ Comfortable with calling & follow-ups
Good Hindi communication is important.
Marathi is preferred.
Basic English understanding is enough.
Fluent English is NOT compulsory.
Freshers, experienced candidates, students, homemakers returning to work and people restarting their careers are all welcome.
