We specialize in delivering customized solutions and patented multi-layer microencapsulation technologies to the Pharma, Nutra & Food, Animal Nutrition, and Aroma industries. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
# Job Description:
✓ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
✓ Process invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
✓ Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
✓ Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
✓ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
✓ Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of financial statements, MIS.
✓ Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial procedures and internal controls.
# Eligibilty Criteria:
✓ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✓ Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Account Officer or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
✓ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
✓ Proficiency in using accounting and office work related software and applications.
✓ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✓ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
✓ Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in financial management.
