The Dawn of a new era -
When the change is in the air, vibes speak it all. When the leadership has a vision, masses hear to hear. The whispers matter, and the whisper of is all around.
At the CXO meet of Bihar Business Connect 2024, I was witness to the vibes of a new era, of a changed Bihar and the Vision of a great leader.
I was a witness to the energy and enthusiasm of Hon. Union Minister for Food Processing Industry, Sh. Chirag Paswan Ji, Hon. Minister, Dept. of Industry, Govt of Bihar, Sh. Nitish Mishra Ji, the entire Team of Government of Bihar, some of the noted industrialist and enterprises, that together sing a new saga of an amplified growth.
"Perspectives are not the Realities" the words of Sh. Paritosh Ladhani resonated so loud, when the success stories of all who have invested in the state stood as a testament of grand future that beacons so bright.
Sharing my own experiences , when we at Grus & Grade Private Limited initiated our first investment in Agro Processing Sector under our hashtag digital umbrella, the response of Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, was so electric, thanks to Alok Kumar Ghosh, Director of Industries in Bihar.
When given a chance to speak in the CXO Round Table conference, chaired by Hon. Union Minister, Sh.Chirag Paswan Ji, I had made the following observations:
1. Bihar needs to position itself as the first state to adopt the principles of hashtag .0 into reality. We move beyond Robotics, IoTs and AI towards Circular and Sustainable Economy, adopting Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emission standards, while fuelling industrial growth with renewable energy.
2. The State can rebrand itself, for having adopted AI driven digital public infrastructure, that make the entire supply chain digital, efficient, transparent and traceable. , the tech marvel of Grus & Grade Private Limited can become a model of
3. Given the geographic, topographic and demographic realities of the State, we need to decongest the growth and scatter it into small units at Village and Panchayat Level. The carpet of industrial growth need not be clustered, but penetrated through network of phycial and digital infrastructure at various block level.
