Mr. Kiran Bhavsar - Brings 35+ years of experience in high-power lasers, automation, and advanced manufacturing, including 18 years with a multinational corporation leading India operation. An IICA-certified Independent Director, he brings strong expertise in CAPEX, ROI, technology risk, and EV & e-mobility manufacturing.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar (DK) Sharma - Former EVP & Business Head of a well-known Indian business group and former President of TAGMA India, with four decades of experience in manufacturing transformation. His expertise includes the implementation of the Theory of Constraints, operational excellence, and a strong advocacy for Make-in-India.
Mr. Laxmikant Bhakre (LK) - An operational architect at MALA Consultancy, with 35+ years of experience across India, China, and international markets. He brings deep expertise in M&A, deal structuring, and cross-border strategic capital, supporting organisations through complex growth and transformation journeys.
Under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Rakesh Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, and Ms. Pankti Agarwal, Whole Time Director, this strengthened leadership team marks another important milestone in building a future-ready organisation grounded in strong governance, strategic thinking, and a clear vision for sustainable growth.
