Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching / feedback to team members.
• Ensure process adherence and handle call escalations.
• Training and onboarding new team members to ensure a thorough understanding of job responsibilities and company processes.
• Leading by example through exemplary customer service and professional conduct.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Providing mentorship and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a BPO environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and contribute to the continued success of the organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
ï‚· Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and meet individual and team targets.
ï‚· Ability to coach and develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback
ï‚· Identify areas for growth and improvement.
ï‚· Implement best practices, drive consistent performance
ï‚· Provide leadership and guidance to direct reportees to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
ï‚· Define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance targets
