We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and contribute to the continued success of the organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
ï‚· Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and meet individual and team targets.
ï‚· Ability to coach and develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback
ï‚· Identify areas for growth and improvement.
ï‚· Implement best practices, drive consistent performance
ï‚· Provide leadership and guidance to direct reportees to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
ï‚· Define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance targets
ï‚· Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching
ï‚· Ensure compliance with company policies and sales regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
ï‚· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
ï‚· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
ï‚· Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
ï‚· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
ï‚· A results-oriented approach with a strong ability to motivate and lead a team.
Preferred Experience:
ï‚· 3+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
ï‚· Experience in BPO industry, International Voice Process
ï‚· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
