We believe that the average profitability per month for the first 3 years will be sufficient. However, we have current borrowing from Bank to be paid off in 3 years. Most of the company’s liabilities come from management investment.
The revenues of our company are expected to be nearly INR 2,00,000 per month depending on the variables that are factored in with investments in the industry

✓ Recruitment of qualified technical/admin crew for ship and other vessels (STEWARD, COOK, OS, AB, WIPER, BOSUN, OFFICER, ENGINEER, MASTER etc.)
✓ Recruitment of qualified para-medics and other staff for offshore and vessels (Support staff, Nurse, Doctor and other technicians)

✓ We also consider looking at advertising in the leading newspapers to get quick flow of CVs also advertise the job in our website, and also advertise in the various subscribed job portals
✓ Team dedicated for this assignment will also source first hand CVs from its network (Existing candidate database)
✓ Validate all the short-listed candidates for the required position & give clear clarity about the working & overseas living condition
✓ We dedicate Account Managers (apart from the team) at each location for the smooth sailing of the process & provide office space to conduct interviews (if required)
✓ We check all the required document for the Visa before the interview and will only schedule candidates who have all the required documents (Passport, ECNR clearance, Degree certificates etc)
❖ Sourcing Process Flow: -
✓ On being contacted with requirements, the initial mode of screening and selecting candidates begins.
✓ Sourced candidates are then interviewed by trained consultants who score them on parameters such as job knowledge, overall personality, communication skills, prior experience and education, amongst others.
✓ The resumes of the selected candidates are forwarded to the client and the client may choose to conduct telephonic interviews with those that client finds promising.
✓ There is also an option for clients to meet the potential candidates in an interview on any of the Branch Offices of Greatermen India MSPL all over India.
✓ On final selection of a candidate, company professionals compile a report and send this to the client to help finalize the decision
✓ We provide a unique touch by offering further services to the client and to the candidate even after the selection and hiring process is over.
✓ Paperwork such as immigration checks, medical certifications, passport and travel bookings are undertaken by the company. Furthermore, candidates who have been hired will also receive training for country-specific etiquette and social behavior if needed
