• Source potential leads from the internet and call them to brief them about our forte.
• Send company profile and other relevant documents like Recruitment License if the client is interested in giving their manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with the representative in UAE, Qatar and Oman to arrange meeting with clients where presentation is required.
• Discuss terms and conditions with the clients and send them the recruitment agreement accordingly.
• Ensure that proper service is meted out to the clients as soon as the requirement is received till the interview is done and candidates are deployed.
• Coordinate with the clients for documents like Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Specimen Agreement and their Trade License as required by the POE representative to clear the emigration of ECR candidates.
• Reply to enquiries received from new clients and discuss the recruitment terms and conditions with them.
• Review the contracts/agreements to check the terms/clauses that may not be in our favor and advice clients accordingly to make amendments in their documents.
• Initiate registration process to register as a Contractor/Vendor with client companies and fulfill their documentation requirement.
• Negotiate with clients for service fee and other overheads in order to make the recruitment free for candidates.
• Control the entire correspondence with existing and new clients.
• Periodically check the ERP and status report of all the active requirements.
• Conduct daily meeting with recruiters and support teams comprising visa executives, emigration executives and tele callers.
• Regular Coordination with ERP developer, Job Portal companies, advertising agencies, social sites companies and Business magazine publications to ensure smooth operations and to keep abreast of competitions.
• Create a new request form in the ERP for every new requirement received and provide requirement access to all the concerned employees of Mumbai HO and branch offices assigned with that particular requirement and simultaneously post the requirement on the website through ERP.
• Assigning the job to branch offices depending upon the type of requirement as per the instructions of Sr Management.
• Take part in field sourcing to source positions that can be tapped in and around Mumbai.
• Correspond with Dubai Client Servicing team and Clients for day to day progress in sourcing, interview schedules and offer letters.
• Coordinate with the clients and candidates during interview and trade test and complete the formalities like obtaining the client's signature on the selection list and client feedback form as soon as the interview is over.
• Follow up with the client for the offer letter of the candidates and extend the received offers to the selected candidates.
• Handover further process of the offer accepted candidates to processing section to complete the deployment process.
• Sectors of sourcing & deployment include but not limited to Construction (Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Steel Plants, Cement Plants), Medical (Doctors & Paramedics), Hotels & Restaurants and Production (Electrical, Steel & Automobile spares)
• Manage the status of the candidates selected and sharing the same with the Clients.
• Coordination with internal departments for Visa process and other formalities.
