Excessive amount of blood loss may cause weakness and its advisable to not workout for first 3 days. ⛔

Supplementing with and ACID is a good idea during this time.

The benefits of exercise (mental & physical) don't stop just coz you have your periods. In fact working out can help some common complains during menstruation. 💯

💥Flat Bench Press💥

One of my favourite exercise out there.
-
Always find a weight that you can and the same to complete the ROM (Range of motion).
-
Why to do Bench press?
-
A) First of all its a compound movement(Where more than one joint is involved).
-
B) If performed with proper form and technique its a great exercise for pectoralis major muscle.
-
Muscle involved - pectoralis Major, Triceps brachii and Anterior Deltoid.

💥One Arm Row💥

One arm row is one of the best exercise one can do for (increase of muscle mass) of Latisimus dorsi (Lats) muscle.

Why to perform One Arm row?

Row to grow 🔪
Of all the free-weight building exercise, One arm dumble rows provides the greatest stretch at the lats. When a muscle is stretched intensely against resistance, a major muscle fiber damage occurs. This results in more rapid hypertrophy in the target muscle.

Unilateral movement 💯
Unilateral movement means where only one side of the body is working. This will benefit the following things-

A) Assist in balancing the strength imbalance in both sides of the body.

B) Increased focus on the muscle.

C) Major muscle fibre recruitment in the target muscle.

Deadlift ⚡⚡

WHY DEADLIFT?

-Posture correction
Deadlift targets all the muscles responsible for your posture and enables you to keep your back erect during daily activities.

-Strength development
As said ''TRAIN FOR ATHLETICISM and let aesthetic be a by-product''. Whatever may your purpose for fitness, development of must be of utmost importance and deadlift serves the purpose.

-Entire body is working
Deadlift is a task done by our entire muscular system✔ and not by a specific group of muscles❌.

I strongly recommend you to add this exercise in your workout routine 💯

Half the egg protien is found in the yolk, 3.5gm in egg white and 3gm in the yolk. Discarding the egg yolk means throwing the protien.

Whole egg is higher in protein quality (Biological value is 100) is ranked to '75' when the yolk is removed.

The main reason egg yolks were considered unhealthy is that yolks are high in cholesterol. Due to high cholesterol few decades ago egg yolks were linked to heart disease which many studies proved .

Recent study found that young men who ate whole egg post workout had HIGHER rates of muscular metabolism than those who consumed only egg whites.

The same amount of workout can be done in a 30 Mins and a 1 Hours workout. So clearly the 30 min workout is going to be a lot more intense.
When it comes to weight training alot people are misunderstood with cardiovascular fatigue. If a workout makes them cardio vascular fatigue DOES not mean they had a very .
In fact cardiovascular fatigue lowers intensity in weight training.
So from today, keep in mind what you're doing in your workout, not just how long does it take. Reduce your rest period and put the work in. You can get serious results from just 25-30Mins of intense workouts!
