Hiring for data center O & M engineers in Mumbai , Chennai , Delhi , Hyderabad & Pune
1.0 Key Tasks
* To supervise and over see DC operations during assigned shift
* To be first level contact for all customer related communication and
escalation.
* To Generated reports as required by customers
* To ensure all statutory and process compliance are achieved
2.0 Qualification
* Graduate Or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
4.0 Experience
* More than 5 years' experience for diploma holder and 2-3 years in
case of engineering graduate in managing Critical systems large campus with
multiple tenant of facilities Data Center/ Call Center/ NOC / Network
equipment
5.0 Technical Knowledge
* Highly knowledgeable in the installation, repair and maintenance of
Electrical and Mechanical equipment
* Skilled in diagnosing malfunctions with systems and coming up with
the right solutions and equipment for the rectification of the malfunctions
* Should have exposure in customer interaction and communication
* experienced in carrying out routine and preventative maintenance
activities.
* Knowledge of ISO 20001, 27001 and 14001 processes
