Role Description
ο This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Customer Support Executive located in Mumbai. The E-commerce Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through multiple communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
ο In addition, the E-commerce Customer Support Executive will provide after-sales support and proactively suggest solutions that help improve the customer experience.
ο listings unique product segments on multiple leading e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon etc. Ensuring they are consistent with company policies
ο Actively involved in handling Customer Disputes with Customer Service Team.
ο Coordination with transporters, and courier providers for dispatches.
ο Ensure smooth coordination on a daily basis with internal teams to deliver on time.
ο MIS reports on our products, and sales performance as required by the management.
ο Evaluate feedback or complaints from customers and work for the enhancement in customer service, and standards.
ο Regular discussion with higher management for providing customer service.
ο Learn about new product trends or services and keep up to date with changes.
ο Managing inventory levels on a regular basis.
ο Assisting with shipping and returns.
ο Scrutinizing returns and raising SPF, SAFE-T, etc. reimbursement claims in case of Wrong/Damaged and lost returns.
Qualifications β’ Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. β’
Desire Profile :
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the e-commerce domain
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
β’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
β’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
β’ Experience with ticket management platforms, such as Shopify.
