Job Description:
• Daily Management; taking requests from Members which could include but shall not be limited to bespoke travel, nightclubs, booking restaurants etc.
• Upselling and cross-selling of preferred suppliers and Quintessentially brand services.
• End to End assistance in organizing birthdays/Hi-tea/Lunch/Dinner parties for
members/residents (DLF /Pioneer).
• Keeping member updated regularly, set deadlines for updates & meet them or provide new update deadline in advance of current one expiring
• Following up with member post-request & obtain feedback – and communicating to relevant parties (Line Manager, Bus Dev, Supplier directly)
• Make bookings and reservations, Develop and deliver exciting and innovative experiences, Event
hosting, Manage ticket allocations

Required Qualifications
• Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
• Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations & luxury products/services, given that our members are based around the globe& request info regarding predominantly travel, leisure & services worldwide.
• Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages advantageous.
• Possess a minimum of 3 – 5 years Concierge experience
• In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worthies.

Google Assistant  comes pre-installed on every Android smartphone. Right when you are setting up a new Android phone, you will get a prompt to activate it if you want. Assistant is a voice-based tool but now Google wants to give it an AI makeover. This move will cost some Google employees their jobs.According to a report by Axios, Google VP Peeyush Ranjan and director of product Duke Dukellis sent an email to employees informing them about the revamp of Assistant. “As a team, we need to focus on delivering high-quality, critical product experiences for our users. We've also seen the profound potential of generative AI to transform people's lives and see a huge opportunity to explore what a supercharged Assistant, powered by the latest LLM technology, would look like,” the senior executives told the employees in the email.

Job Responsibilities
• Managing Indirect litigations, assessments and compliances.
• Responsible to manage Indirect taxes litigations and building defence strategy.
• Managing GST assessments and appeals including strategy, data collation, review of submissions, managing notices, etc.
• Representations before tax departments/officers/commissioners.
• Tax refund management.
• Co-ordinate with the team at factories and Branches to collect the documents and details for submission with the department.
• GST tax rationalization.
• Partner with the business team and solve tax issues being faced by the business internally and with the external vendor.
• Liaise with tax advisors / consultant in relation to the tax advisory and litigation matters..
• Responsible to oversee and manage IDT compliances and accuracy.
• Accountability of month end closing activities from tax/GST purposes.
• Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives.
• Co-ordination with the technology teams to develop reports to enable indirect tax compliances.
• Oversee the E-invoicing and e-way bill compliances.

Candidate Profile
• Qualified CA with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an MNC or a big 4
• Experience in FMCG and retail chains preferred.
• Experience in tax litigations, assessment and strategy.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Remember....

Work of a HR is not so easy in any organisation. They also have to handle many things like:- recruitment, employee engagement, employee grievances and many other things.

It's not like older times that they just go to office for doing timepass and making rangoli in office. They also have some targets to fulfil by sitting in a hard-core pressure, but still they are the most under paid employees in the organisation.

It's high time for organisation to start giving a proper remuneration for entry level HR'S so that they can also secure their future.

As choosing a professional career in HR is not so easy as most Indian families only understand career growth in sectors like:- finance, engineering, marketing and in IT sector.
