Married woman: Up to 500 grams of gold
Unmarried woman: 250 grams of gold
Men: Only 100 grams of gold

SEBI has just fined Youtuber Rs. 10 crores to teach shares trading without license. Pl remain away from such people who don't have share market training license. Similarly, there are thousands of reputed companies and individuals who are offering PMS - Portfolio Management Services. Again, they need a PMS license and cannot offer PMS for amount less than 1 crore. So beware of all such fraudsters. Always ask for their SEBI license before studying with them or giving them money for PMS.
