Digital Marketing Manager (Analytics)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work within our Digital Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with our marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross - channel performance reports with actionable insight.
The successful candidate should have excellent, in - depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop & maintain a marketing dashboard to get a holistic view of campaign performance
Should be able to set appropriate KPI's and tracking systems
Reporting on key metrics, analysis and interpretation of trends
Competitor benchmarking and monitoring
Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
Performing ad hoc conversion optimization analysis to improve performance
Analysis of user behaviour, conversion data, customer journey, funnel analysis and multi channel attribution.
Should be able to effectively analyze customer loyalty, retention, life time value of customers, customer segmentation etc.
Key skills
Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence function
High level of experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst ,Mixpanel, Localytics etc.)
High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing management reports and presentations
Strong conceptual understanding of digital metrics, sampling, normalization methodology
Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
Should have skills to effectively query database for information retrieval
High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
Experience in working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, et c
