Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee flooring installation projects in Hauz
Khas, Delhi. The ideal candidate possesses strong flooring installation knowledge, excellent
measurement skills, and effective site management abilities. This role requires a proactive
individual with top-notch organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are
completed on time and within budget. Experience with PVC, wooden, and SPC flooring is highly
desired.
Responsibilities:
● Supervise and coordinate flooring installation teams.
● Conduct regular site inspections, monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
● Accurately measure areas and estimate materials.
● Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion.
● Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and teams.
● Resolve on-site issues.
● Maintain accurate records.
● Enforce safety protocols.
● Ensure high-quality work.
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of proven experience as a Flooring Installation Site Supervisor.
● Strong knowledge of various flooring types and installation methods, specifically including
PVC, wooden, and SPC flooring.
● Excellent measurement and calculation skills.
● Ability to read blueprints.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Team leadership skills.
● Problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month. Conveyance and tour expenses will be reimbursed
separately
