Position: Associate Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Agency Channel

Salary : 2.40 to 2.70 LPA + Incentives(Around 2 lacs annually)

Job Summary:

Agent Recruitment : Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line. Implementation of DPLI work processes and adhere to the business norms
Agent Development : Ensure product knowledge by Companys ways of training, Joint field calls (JFC), Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
Meet Business Targets : Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Ensuring business is done in an ethical and honest manner which is in compliance to the IRDA norms
Qualification & Experience:

· Graduate, MBA Preferred
· Overall 1-3 years of work experience from insurance / Broking company, preferably with one company
· Stable in his current Job, and should not be jobless or have left his job
· Should have experience of leading a team of high performing associates, MDRTs

· Freshers are welcome.
