Responsibility:
๏ฌConsumer Behavior Expertise: Utilize a sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior, with a particular focus on the student demographic, to inform and guide business development strategies.

๏ฌReporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, providing regular updates and reports to management.
๏ฌMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using this knowledge to enhance business development strategies.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline may be advantageous.
Experience:
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and pipeline contribution goals.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong presentation skills for effectively advocating for practical learning solutions.
Customer Focus:
A customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong relationships.
