Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the any sector to expand our client base.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and promote company services.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and address any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
