Designation : Director of cyber security
Salary 40% hike on current CTC
Work Location – Delhi/Gurugram/Noida (Only)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Director of Cyber Security. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving growth, and delivering high-quality cyber security services to our clients. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with clients to develop and implement effective cyber security strategies, manage risks, and safeguard their critical assets.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and management of cyber security solutions for clients.
• Define and execute the firm's cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in cyber security.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct assessments of clients' cyber security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
• Oversee the implementation of cyber security controls, technologies, and processes to protect client assets and mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of the evolving cyber security landscape, emerging threats, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and proactive guidance.
• Collaborate with other business units and stakeholders to integrate cyber security into overall risk management strategies.
• Manage complex cyber security incidents, lead incident response efforts, and provide timely communication and guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of cyber security, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.
• Experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management (VM) tools and practices.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes.
• Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to navigate complex client environments, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security.
• Experience to build and grow Cyber security practice.
