Position: HR IT Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
• Cold calling
• Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
• Involved in end to end selection procedure
• Preliminary screening of the candidates.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Requirement:-
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3. Experience with sourcing techniques
4. Experience in startup recruitments is a huge plus
5. Must have experience in stakeholder management
Salary: UPTo 3 L + Good Incentives
Experience: 1 - 5 Yrs
Age Limit: 32
Education: Any Degree
Working Days:- 6 Days - Sunday Fixed Off
Candidate Should Have : 1. Active Internet Connection
