It's sad to see when we search for an Indian Employee Forum on a search engine, we hardly get any worthwhile results. Let us at least imagine a situation where we don't want to do a job or are not happy in our job. Do we have an alternative? Are several of us not bound in to our jobs primarily for survival? Is it a favorable situation. Imagine another situation where your role fitment or performan
ce evaluation is marred by politics and you feel exploited. Would you still want to continue on that job? Or for that matter, in a similar set up? Then, what is the solution? I know it's not easy because of the distorted reality where jobs are pushed on our faces as the only way of life. Truth could not be farther from this. Let us get together to explore solutions not only for those who want to do something of their own but also those who really want to make a career in job however become victim of one or the other dirty political gimmicks in their workplace.
