ADI Resourcing is looking for a high-performing 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Baner, Pune.

📍 Role Details

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
Experience: 2–5 years
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: Day Shift, with flexibility based on APAC client requirements

🔎 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across India & APAC/global markets
• Source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean & X-Ray Search
• Handle screening, interviews, offers and joining follow-ups
• Develop new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email & market mapping
• Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads and Hiring Managers
• Convert leads into recruitment mandates and revenue
• Manage existing accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Work towards recruitment, BD, client acquisition and revenue targets

🎯 We're Looking For

✔️ 2–5 years in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, Executive Search or RPO
✔️ India + APAC/International recruitment experience preferred
✔️ Business Development / Client Acquisition experience
✔️ Strong 360° recruitment experience
✔️ Excellent sourcing and market-mapping skills
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and client-management abilities
✔️ Commercial mindset, ownership and resilience
✔️ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
