businesses beyond borders. We are managing sourcing for a couple of International brands and strengthening the potential Indian companies to grow and be ready to be able to sell internationally other than through us. Other than this, I am also supporting many MSMEs, stuck in business stagnation cycle, to grow through our effective processes, technologies and business networking in the global market particularly in the developed part of the world. I am a Mechanical Engineer and Global Sourcing Professional certified by ISM, USA, who has served various MNCs working for the global brands and managing their sourcing from India and all across for past 30+ years working in leadership roles. This gave me an overall understanding of the industries and manufacturing not only in India but also globally. Virtuous was also set up, capitalizing on the same learnings. In just about two years of working, there are so many of the old exporters who are getting connected with potential customers across globe & expanding their business through our extensive support. Further, I am proud to have been able to build a support system for export enthusiasts and new generation entrepreneurs who wish to understand and learn the exportation process. Our support to the exporters has been in the following forms-
• Identification of gaps hampering their growth and
strategic intervention to bridge those gaps.
• Building a strong sales funnel by identifying and reaching
out to the prospective customers in the target markets.
• Leading the initial negotiations and build associations
between customers and suppliers through productive
business discussions and required legal mechanisms.
• Designing the Business Growth Strategy for them to
ensure sustainable growth.
• Support with any legal drafts or vetting of any legal
documentation. Coming from an humble background, as I was born in a small town of Haryana and raised in a middle-class family, I dedicatedly worked for 30+ years and after that it was not easy for me to start a business. But my vast experience of the sector and my learnings during that time certainly coupled with my passion to build a successful business, helped me build Virtuous which is making the journey easy for many export enthusiasts through fool proof process designs. MY VISION is to see Indian entrepreneurs earning millions of dollar & in-turn make India prosperous. MY PURPOSE is to support young export enthusiasts to be able to do business beyond borders hassle free, making India the global manufacturing hub.
