Job Description
• B2B Sales to Small & Medium Enterprises.
• Identify new sales opportunities in India through Inbound lead follow-up and Outbound calls and emails
• Research prospects, map key decision makers in HR department.
• Propose online recruitment solutions of Shine.com, perform effective online demos to prospects, negotiate and close the order.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within an assigned territory.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

Required Candidate profile
• Proven sales experience of 1 to 3 Yrs
• Track record of over-achieving targets.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
