Every time we hear the term recruitment, our mind gets hit with a picture of HR managers juggling multiple rounds of interviews, shortlisting the desirable candidates, and finally handing over the letter of intent to them.

It has been over a year since we have been fighting the Coronavirus. It is no surprise that this has left us feeling lost and scared. The fear of catching the virus, fear of losing a loved one, the lack of social contact, or stress-induced because of a hundred other factors can all leave us scarred and cause mental trauma.
It is important to recognize the warning signs of excessive stress and seek help if needed. A few small steps can make big improvements in your mental health, including daily exercise, scheduling a worrying time, journal writing, maintaining social connections, and monitoring media consumption.
Be there for your family and friends, help those in need if you can. Stay home, stay safe.

The primary role of the Machine Learning Consultant is to develop Machine Learning/AI based solutions to solve the business problems of our clients.
To do this, the Machine Learning Consultant must perform the following activities:
 Understand the business objectives, elicit requirements and collect relevant data
 Explore and analyze the data collected to derive insights and formulate hypothesis
 Utilize his/her knowledge and understanding of machine learning concepts to develop the right approach and solution for the client
 Collaborate with technology team and other internal and external stakeholders to drive
implementation of the final ML solution

Skills Required:
 B.E / B.Tech in Computer Engineering (or) Master’s Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Business Management / Business Analytics
 Overall 5 -8 years of professional experience where 3-5 years have been specifically on machine learning/data analytics/data science
 Expert level understanding of machine learning concepts such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, KNN classification, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Trees, Random Forest, Naive Bayes' theorem, Neural Networks, etc.
 Programming skills in Python/R
 Understanding of SQL and other database tools to store, organize, retrieve, and manage data for doing analysis
 Preferred (not mandatory): Familiarity with Alteryx/RapidMiner and data visualization tools
such as Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI, etc.
 A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory
 Excellent academic credentials
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal
 Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
 Flexibility to travel
