Proper inter staff communication handling comes as a major responsibility towards HR professionals, still it remains an unspoken topic in the HR board.
Ways your HR team can address many such inter staff communication issues-
-Employee recognition- Employees say not recognizing employee achievements are the biggest communication gap. HR must institutionalize recognition practices to fill such gaps.
