HIRING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR THE POST OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR MUMBAI LOCATION
Designation : Business Development Manager Department : Marketing
Job Description :
1. Develops & implements - strategic marketing-sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
3. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
4. Identify and qualify new business leads and approach new customers from the injection moulding / extrusion / blow moulding / rotomoulding / automotive parts industries.
5. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
6. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities. 7. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
8. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

10. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
11. Prepares periodic sales report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly, Yearly) showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 12. Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Qualification Required :
1. Should have a Degree from any discipline.
2. Should have experience working from Sales and Business Development in Plastic Industry.
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Marketing.
Skills Required :
1. Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
2. Should be fluent in English, writing and speaking.
3. Demonstrable experience of technical sales and/or business development working in a matrix sales environment.
4. Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships and conduct business with cultural sensitivity.
5. Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills
6. Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams.
7. Should have strong customer orientation.
8. Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team.
