Job Location - Noida
Notice Period – Immediate Joiner
Mode of Interview – Face to face
Experience – 6 months +
Good Communication skill, great Team player.

Roles and responsibility
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using different job portals, database etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Bulk hiring
• Making 50 to 100 cold calls, Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining.
• Good communication skill
• Good at using job portals
• Incentive earned
• Having knowledge of IT /Non IT hiring
• Formulate Job Descriptions & specifications in consultations with Functional Heads
• Preparing walking report, calling report and maintaining candidate’s database.
• To keep track of recruitment metrics.
• To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices

Desired Candidate Profile Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduates / under graduate
• Good spoken English communication.
• Males & Female both can apply.
