Honoured to host Shri DHARM RAKSH*T, Senior HR Leader | Change Leader | Executive Coach, Hero MotoCorp Ltd., at our Rural Global Capability Centre, Basudevpur Chaputa, Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar.

He interacted with our rural youth, especially young women working in software development, HR managed services, and quality assurance, and encouraged them to aim higher.
He also met traditional artisans being upskilled under the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Scheme, appreciating their craft and commitment to learning.
