Key Responsibilities:
We require graphic designers with experience in designing for web, mobile and print including mobile app design, social media app design, responsive website design, logo design, brochures and newsletters etc.
Designing for social media marketing (posts for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.)
The person would work closely with the content, creative and development teams and will be responsible for visual communication - delivering high quality web & mobile graphics according to defined objectives
Successful candidates will be responsible for requirement analysis, design and implementation of design requirements.
Direct and work with the team towards successful ex*****on of assignment/campaign
Key Skills & Experience:
4-6 yrs overall experience.
Strong creative thinking and ability to come up with out of box ideas.
At least 2 years in designing for a social media page/website
Keen attention to detail, while taking briefs and while delivering them.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Manage and deliver multiple projects and meet deadlines without reminders.
Responsibilities:
Develop the design foundation and enlighten the cross-functional teams about the visual choices.
Communicate the design model and concepts verbally and visually.
Produce visual designs of superior quality right from the conceptualizing to ex*****on. This includes designs for desktop, web, and mobile devices at different resolutions.
Deliver all or some of the following, depending on the requirements of the project/s:
Page Layouts, Icons, Layout specifications, Prototypes, Style guides, Visual Asset
Basic Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Communication Design/Graphic Design/ Applied arts with demonstrable inclination towards digital design.
3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Recognized experience in graphic design, layout and typography skills.
Cutting-edge Photoshop skills are obligatory.
Understanding of the delivery process (slicing, layering, creating specs) is essential.
Outstanding spoken and written English skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent illustration and drawing skills.
Extremely organized workflow.
Ability to work proficiently on simultaneous projects without missing the challenging deadlines.
Temperament to collaborate with the entire team and take the necessary initiatives that can help.
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript keeps you on the top of the list.
