Position: Quality Executive

Experience - Experience 5-8 years - Age - Below 40

Brand: Splash - Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Profile:

• Manage all quality related activities. Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.

• Coordinate customer visits and audits. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
• Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.

• Define and develop quality criteria- Define outgoing quality plan, work with production, product management and customer.

• Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training / development for quality inspectors and technicians for the related products.

• Data Analysis and statistical Process control. Constant use or apply statistical techniques in data analysis, implement statistical process control.

• Process control and audit. Review the whole process control system through quarterly review of process and product or FMEA.

• Involve in all qualification activities related to the product, establish qualification requirements.

Compensation & Additional Benefits:

Pay scale - 8,000 - 8,500 AED / month

Salary: Best in the Industry (depend on skill and experience)
