AFAOWA : Ansals Fortune Arcade Owners Welfare Association (Regd). Formed in 2014, to fight for justice for office owners of Ansals Fortune Arcade, Sector 18 Noida. Our Aim is to:
1. Get HANDOVER OF MAINTAINENCE from ANSAL HOUSING & make them adhere with the U.P. Apartment act, which was established is 2010 and has been in effect since 2012.

3. Poor maintenance services at high maintenance rates.
4. No Acs in common areas but maintenance charged at full rate on complete super area.
5. Revenue generated from common areas not being given to the owners association.
6. Noida Authority claiming doubling of lease rent for the last 10 years without any notice to office owners. Current office owners to be penalized with 17% compounding interest despite no dues received during purchase of office space. Our Management Committee Consists of:
